LARR 61500: Introduction to Ecology/Plant Identification

Using only plants covered in our Plant Identification class, create a presentation for a draft planting plan that would help address an environmental problem in New York City.

I selected a site near my home where I have observed stormwater flooding on several locations and proposed a small rain garden to mitigate flooding. 

I used this as an opportunity to familiarize myself with existing design standards in the city and created a plan inspired by NYCDEP guidelines for a rain garden.
